    Hi I’m not a Doctor but there are many who bieelve that IBS is a fob off that Doctors tell you when they don’t know what’s wrong with you. There is a spiritual belief that the stomach is the centre of the soul. The idea being that if your stomach is playing up, then your soul is not happy.Ity certainly wouldn’t hurt to have a lot of rest this weekend and really pamper yourself. Maybe you could get an early Valantines treat from Hubby.Take Care and have a lovely weekend x
